Founder of The Career Fixer, Nicola has over 15 years' worth of Careers industry and Recruitment experience. Nicola is qualified up to Level 6 Information, Advice and Guidance as well as Level 5 CIPD Leadership and Management.
With nearly 10 years of experience in delivering and managing the UK Government adult careers service, Nicola has vast experience in providing career advice to individuals at all stages of their career journey. This is combined with 5 years of Recruitment industry experience specialising in the Hospitality and Care sectors. Nicola has supported clients at all levels including developing provision for executive candidates and outplacement support for those affected by redundancy or restructure.
Nicola has a passion for helping others fulfil their potential and believes quality careers information, advice and guidance is something everyone should access.
